Improving these cognitive impairments is the goal of an investigational drug research study being conducted locally.
Potential study participants must be:
- 18 to 65 years of age
- diagnosed with schizophrenia at or before the age of 35
- currently taking one of five specific antipsychotic medications for schizophrenia
- considered outpatient (living in the community)
- able to meet additional requirements
Qualified study participants will receive all study-related medication and care at no cost. Participants may also receive compensation for travel.
